i added some watercolour, text & a torn border from a painted used envelope as the colour blended well with the image.

yep looks like a galah to me too....just when they lift up off the road after they waited till the last minute to leave the grain or whatever they're eating on the road...silly buggars...that startled cranky sort of look as they fly away...good one...
